Yes the wireless keyboard does work with bootcamp.

Yes, Apple's wireless keyboards will work with Windows and Linux operating systems under Bootcamp. Note that special functions on the Function keys (F1, F2 et cetera) such as Expose will not work in operating systems other than Mac OS 10.
