Bluetooth Impact on iPad Battery Life?
From the reviews I'm reading, I think I would prefer the Bluetooth keyboard to the keyboard docking station, but I am curious what kind of impact having the Bluetooth on all the time has on the battery life of the iPad between charges.
If the battery life is cut from 9 hours to 5, for example, it may not be worth it (I have used cell phones that Bluetooth cuts battery life almost in half).

Thanks for your response. I did end up getting it, and did some testing (I'm using it right to to reply to this, actually) and I am VERY pleased over all.
Excellent response and feel.
Lightweight, small and thin, but extraordinarily easy to use.
I kept the iPad on for 24 hours with the Bluetooth turned off and hardly used it at all. At the end of the day I had 98% battery life left.

I kept the iPad on for 24 hours with the Bluetooth turned off and used it off and on all day - not excessive use. At the end of the day I had about 76% battery life left.

i think that the blue tooth takes up a little bit more energy/battery power but it doesn't use alot so i wouldn't worry about it
