Will this card work at all on a 2007 Mac Pro 1,1 with the older rev of the PCIe bus? Apple discontinued all the cards listed as fully compatible.

I bought it to try, but so far this card does not work in my 2007 either as a second display or replacing my old display card.

Just boought this for my early 2008 mac pro and works perfectly with the original ATI 2600HD card still in. If you look on the US store under this card your answer lies there. So long as you have a 16x PCIe2 slot this card will work
