Will this card work in the Early G5 power mac (2005)?
My graphics card is no longer working and I need to find a replacement ASAP, if this isn't compatible can you recommend one that is ?

No. As noted in both the product specs and the very name of the item, it is for the 2009 Mac Pro only.
