This will not work with you MacBook. This is for the MacPro desktop computer.

No, the ATI Radeon HD 4870 Graphics Upgrade Kit for Mac Pro (Early 2009 or Early 2008) desktop tower will not work on a MacBook laptop. The ATI card requires a MacPro. Laptops do not have a slot for the graphics card.
