does the iphone charger work for the ipad?
i have an iphone (3G) wall charger. can i use it to charge the ipad?

It will charge the iPad (slowly) if it's not in use and the screen is off. The iPhone charger is 5 watts and the iPad requires 10 watts for fast charging.
