Will these work in an Xserve RAID unit - is the carrier (caddy) the same?
I want to add another array of 4 drives to an existing Xserve Raid unit. I can't find these anywhere (except the odd one on ebay).

No these will not work with Xserve RAID
They require older IDE interface modules.- Answered by AP from Courtice
