To what extent can the mouse be programmed?

Besides left or right click with one finger or two, are there any other gestures or surfaces that can be programmed, such as for Expose, or zoom?

    You cannot program it out of the box as much as you would want to. However, theres a beta app called BetterTouchTool which will extend the MagicMouse's functionality way beyond its original settings. I suggest you try it for this matter. I re-discovered the MagicMouse after install.

  • Zooming in can be performed by holding control and scrolling up, and navigating in some applications uses two-fingered swipe. More gestures may be added later.
