is this mouse good for gameplay?

    The magic mouse is not particularly good for gameplay. Good gaming mice always have more than just the generic right and left click buttons. The magic mouse has only a right and left click, the scroll cannot even be clicked. While the mouse does include a scroll function, the scroll "wheel" itself cannot be clicked. The mouse is fantastic for home and office use however as far as gaming goes, I would stick with a good old logitech mouse.

  • Though this mouse is better than the Mighty Mouse was for differentiating between left and right clicks, any game that uses a scroll wheel for input is infuriating with this mouse. Things like two-finger/middle click run in WoW are impossible to get working, so you end up needing more buttons mapped on your keyboard, which can make the gameplay impossible.

  • For me personally no because it is uncomfortable to keep your hand on. Apple went overboard this time with the thinness.
