do you have to physically click it or do you just touch it, also if you do have to physically click it is there on or two buttons?

You have to physically click it. There are no two buttons on the top like most mice, but just like the old Apple Mighty Mouse, there are sensors on the inside that can tell if you make a left- or right-click. You can also change the settings to turn of the right-click if you wish.
