I bought GarageBand strings and drums add ons - will these still work in Logic
I like the look of Logic but will it scribe (sheet music) the works I did in GarageBand

Yes, the GarageBand add-ons do work in Logic. GarageBand is like the "light" version of Logic. When you start up a new project in logic, create a new track and under all of the categories of channel strips in Logic (such as Drums, Guitar tones, Synth) you'll see a list of anything from Garageband. And this isn't just in theory, I've personally used the symphonic add-on for GB in Logic.
As for the sheet music, any midi data can be opened in "score" view, which gives you sheet music. I can't speak for audio content, as I've never tried.- Answered by Robert C M from Portland
