Can I change my voice from a Man to a Woman in real time?

I am looking for a program that can change my voice in real time from a man to a woman. Will this program do that or are there any programs for the Macintosh that can do that? I play a game on the internet and I know there are programs that do this for the PCs but none so far for Macs.

    Logic will certainly do that. Tho a bit of overkill. I believe this is possible by inserting into the track Voc Transformer and Pitch Shifter. This I used frugally to fake harmonies satisfactorily.
