Which accessory do I need to connect to the LG 22LH4010 22inch lcd tv which has pc input and also hdmi input?

You can use Mini DisplayPort to VGA adaptor and a mini jack/optical cable for sound or if you want digital image and sound combined in one cable I would suggest this accessory.
Note that earlier macs don't support audio out through Mini DisplayPort- Answered by Scott G
