can I plug my dvi to vga adapter and my dvi to hdmi adapter into this?

Unlikely, As other reviewers have mentioned, the DVI end of this adaptor is DVI-D and will only take the corresponding DVI-D connector. Click on the provided pictures to see the lack of 4 additional holes around the slotted hole. If your existing connectors have those 4 pins, they are not compatible.
