Will this work with the 3rd Gen iPod touch, or just the 2nd

I noticed that there is no dock for the 3rd Generation iPod Touch, so would this one work for it even though it says 2nd Generation?

    Yes, the 2nd gen iPod touch and the 3rd gen iPod touch have no physical differences, only internally. The size of the two editions are the same, and your iPod will fit the same way a 2nd gen would in this adapter
