Is there an adapter for me to put my 3Gs on my iPhone 2G dock?

Is there a money-saving way to connect my 3Gs to my iPhone 2G dock? I know the cables and connectors are exactly the same ones.

  • No. You could get a 30-pin [female-to-male] "extension cable" that might work, but then it wouldn't be in the dock anyways.
