Now that this works with the new Mac mini, will it work on other macs also?

This accessory does NOT work with the Mac Mini. (It does work with the Mac Mini Server.)

It works with my Mac Mini, purchased Sep 2009, non-server version. It does not work in my SO's MBP. Does work in my MBA of course.
