Can I connect a external HD (in my case a WD Passport) where I have all my music ?
I have all the music in a WD Passport HD. So, what I want to do is to plug my external HD to the airport express and my stereo too, and choose the music with mi PowerBook G4.

No, for accessing hard drives you need the Airport Extreme Base Station. The USB port on the Express only supports printers.
