Scroll Lock is F14 on the Apple Extended Keyboard

Yes there is. I found it accidently while working in Excel (while using Parallels & Windows) on my Mac: There should be a picture of a keyboard in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Click on it-then on the scroll lock feature to either turn it on or off.
If using Numbers on Mac. Keyboard shortcuts are located within the "help" section on the toolbar.- Answered by John E from Louisville

There is no function on this keyboard for scroll lock. That is done from the "Mouse" pane of System Preferences.
