The smaller version without the numeric keypad is available in both wired and wireless versions. This keyboard (with numeric keypad) is only available in wired.- Answered by Ben S from Canterbury

It is not wireless and kind of amazing that they do not offer a wireless version of this keyboard.

Right after this came out I called Apple and talked to a product specialist and asked if they were going to release a wireless version of the full keyboard with 10 key and was told Yes. Well we have yet to see one. It's the same ol' "you'll use what we choose to make". I could place 100 of them the second they release it.

Nope, but it is worth the number pad (the Wireless one does not have a number pad)

Hard to believe they don't make one wireless. But they do provide an extension cable for this because the one fitted to the back isn't long enough to reach far. This keyboard cable is not nearly as bad as the other video adapters which are about 4 inches long.
