Can i use this Keyboard on iPad or just iMac and PC?

No. The Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad requires a USB 2.0 port to function, and the iPad does not have one.

Nope. Your iPad must have Usb Port from iPad cam-kit to works all day. You can also Use the Wirless keyborard (BLUETOOTH).
