Will the ipod sensor measure my pulse, or how will i know if i'm doing the right amount of exercise?

    That's between you and your fitness instructor or finding a fitness program that works well for you. However, the Nike+ product does not come with a pulse sensor so there's no way for the system to know how your heart rate is doing.
