    Yes, but you don't need the receiver (the white part) since the iPod touch has the receiver built in already (since the 2nd version). You can just buy the red sensor by itself.

  • Yes, I have the new iPod Touch 3rd generation and it is fully compatible and ha the second generation and it was fully compatible. Although you don't need the USB adapter thing just the sensor and it'll work.
