If i don't have Nike shoes, can i just put the sensor in the laces of my shoes?

I've put the transmitter in my laces and it works fine. I'm sure that Nike won't be happy with me saying that though. ;-)

you can buy a holder for the sensor that attaches to your laces to wear it without nike shoes. many companies sell the sensor pockets. you can also buy on amazon or at best buy. you have to have the nike symbol facing up when using it.

Thats a big YES!
Just make sure the sensor is tight behind the laces as mine did jump out and skid across a road.
Also make sure the red side is facing upwards otherwise the signal struggles to send data to your device- Answered by Jayne S
