You can if your PC has a Dual Link DVI port. Your graphics card also needs to support desktop extension and a screen with such a large amount of pixels.

Yes you can, but you need to make sure that your graphic card can support up to 2560 x 1600 pixels. If not, I believe the computer will use less pixels (if Windows is smart enough).
