does the uk plug has proper grounding contact?

does the uk 3 pin plug has the third grounding contact? would like to make sure it does for my macbook magsafe power adaptor.

  • yes, the uk plug definitely does have the 3 pins. (i’m assuming when the third pin is not "live" it is either plastic or simply omitted).
