can this be used for the ipad mini?

    Yes - It works with iPad mini just fine. You may want to anchor the dock to a desk or table for added support. If you simply put the iPad mini on the dock - it will fall backwards quite easily as there isn't enough support/weight in the base.

    Otherwise - iPad mini fits on the dock perfectly.

  • There is no Belkin documentation stating that it will. However, I just purchased this dock and I would feel comfortable using it with the Mini. You can always return the dock if you are not happy with the results.
