Does this work with the new iPhone 5 ? I noticed that all the other iPhones and iPads are listed but not the iPhone 5. Thanks,

Yes. It just takes a standard iPhone 5 USB cord with the new 8-pin plug at the other end.

Yes. Simply connect the USB end of the cable to the mini charger and the Lightning connector to the iPhone 5; voila, you're charging.
