I have a MacBook, an iMac, and two PC's. I use both OSX and Win7 on my Macs, will ESET cover my Dual OS Mac's and both PC's ?

Each installed OS will be covered as a separate "user" on your license but yes the Family Security Pack will cover both your Mac and Windows systems.
