Does this work if the product is switch off?

Answer
If hipKey is switched Off via the power button it will not work until it is turned on again. If hipKey is turned on and has been paired with an iPhone or iPad but currently is out of bluetooth range, it will stay in idle mode and wait forever until it again comes within reach of the iPhone or iPad whereafter it automatically will re-connect again.
