Medium/Large 172 mm (6.77 in.) circumference
X-Large 197 mm (7.76 in.) circumference
Depth 16 mm (0.6 in.) at LEDs, 19 mm (0.75 in.) at latch Thickness: 6.90 mm (0.27 in.) at LEDs, 8 mm (0.32 in.) at latch

Jared W., Guess I shouldn't buy one. Just measured my wrist (bone to bone) at 8 3/16". Extra-extra large, I guess. :-)
