Hi There!
No it doesnt have a pulse monitor. what it does have; it monitors your calories, steps on the actual band of course u can also see the time (which is awsome) and nike fuel points that nike created.

No pulse monitor, but it does monitor your every day move and puts it into an app and your computer so you can see your progress and set daily goals. Its tracks only steps, calories, fuel, and the time.
