You can download the Nike FuelBand iPhone app onto your iPad2 and use it just the same as if you were on a phone or touch. I have the app on my iPhone4 and iPad2, both work perfectly.

No, It is only compatible with iPhone 5, 4s, and 4. It is also compatible with iPod Touch 4th and 3rd Generation.
