    The device will keep track of time and displays the time on the LED. Internally it does keep track of the date (if you don't sync it up for a few days, it does know which day you did what fuel points), however it does not display the date for you.

    Also in the newer firmware updates, you can now change your time using your iPhone -- without plugging into a computer (for example if travelling or with daylight savings time).

  • It does display time as one of it's "metrics" but does not show the date on the band (although when you sync to the app it knows the date when it records your progress)
