Can I annotate *.JPEG photos with Elements; i.e., add text boxes & associated arrows?
I do a lot of technical photo documentation--I need to identify parts of equipment & systems.

Yes. You can use the Shape tool to add text boxes, speech bubbles, arrows, and many other things to images and the Type tool will write the text that you want to appear.
