With this program, can you run AutoCAD Civil 3D on the iMac?

Yes, but have to buy Windows too. Parallels just lets you run an operating system without rebooting. You still have to buy an OS, like Windows, to run in Parallels. Once you have Windows installed, you can run ANY program compatible with that version of Windows. Windows is what runs AutoCAD. Parallels lets you run Windows inside OS X so you can switch back and forth without rebooting. You wouldn't necessarily need to use Parallels if you didn't mind booting into Windows to use AutoCAD or other Windows programs.

Yes, Autodesk even recommends Parallels as the preferred solution for running it on Macs!
