Can it work with an iMac?
I want to put the speaker in another room & play tunes/internet radio from my Mac.

It should work no problem since the iMac has bluetooth. I use it to play music through my macbook.

Only iMac's that have bluetooth support. Check your model on the Apple Store to see if it has bluetooth connectivity.

Yes iMacs will work with it, sending the music in the AirPlay section of iTunes or using the headphone jack out of the back can be connected as a permanent speaker
