Can these headphones be completely waterproof?

Can these headphones withstand a heavy rain?
Can these headphones submerge for a few seconds and still work afterwards?
Can the inline remote and microphone withstand few droplets of sweat?

    My experience with the first two pair is no. Heavy sweat with short out the volume/answer button. Luckily Best Buy exchanged them without a problem
