How do you clean the cups and headband besides using the cloth alone?

    Use a clean wet rag (wring it out so that its not to wet) and give them a good wipe down and let them air dry. Pretty much everything will come off of them, if its something harder to get off then u might have to scrub it with the wet rag aggressively but it will come off.
