is it better than than the happauge hd per with eye tv 3? worth the upgrade?:)

Yes it is way worth it. However you do need to have an HD TV which is probably not an issue. If you are editing on a mac then the Elgato is definitely the better option as with the hauppague they make you spend hundreds on eyetv.

alot better then the happauge hd pvr better editing program and better quailty and alot smaller
