    No, the SmartRadar that is available in the Apple Store does not include a display controller. These can be ordered separately from Escort Inc.

  • It appears that the unit comes with a 12V cigarette lighter power cord that has a built-in speaker, alert light, mute button and USB outlet. That would be a decent stand-in for the mirror-mounted display that comes with the non-Apple Store version of this product. That, by the way, does not get packaged with this smart cord ... appears to be an Apple Store-only feature.
