Does this work with the older iPhone 4S (and older) / iPad 2 (and older) or only the new power connector or both.

    The charger works for idevices that have a 30-pin adaptor such as an iPhone 4S and lower versions, the iPad 3 lower versions, and the iPod Touch 4 and lower, you get the point, the ones with a lightning chargers don't work with this

  • The newer hardware is comparable if you use the 30 pin adapter.
