Will it work with iphone 5

With the smaller pin will they make a ibgstar for the ipone 5 ?

    Yes! It does. I have an iPhone 5 and have been using the iBGStar since it was released. They just released a new version of their iPhone app (v 2.1) that supports iOS 6 and using a lightning adapter, it works. They do prompt you with an alert saying it isn't tested, but it does work and a new version is supposedly going to be released to work specifically with the iPhone 5 and thunderbolt. However, with the certifications it must go through, like the FDA, it may take a while.

  • Got my iPhone 5 yesterday, as well as the 30 pin to lightning adapter ($29.99 at the Apple store). I have used to 3 times, it works. You do however get a warning about it not working properly. A little problem fitting it all in the free case along with a container of strips, but it does work,
