Do they make this for CATS?

I have a cat, and I want to know if they have a smaller version...

    Tagg -- The Pet Tracker is recommended for pets over ten pounds. The tracking device weighs just slightly more than an ounce, but the overall size is driven by the battery and antennae. It is not likely that there will be a GPS + cellular tracking collar that is much smaller for some time. There have been some customers that have used the Tagg tracker successfully on cats, it really depends on the size of the cat and its tolerance for wearing a collar.
