    Hey Jason,

    as I am working with adidas I can give you a clear answer to your question.

    a) iPhone 4S, iPhone5: You should buy the new adidas Bluetooth HRM. Since iPhone 4S Bluetooth Low Engergy (BTLE) is supported.
    b ) iPhone 4 or less: You should buy the classic bundle which includes an ANT+ dongle. It works with IOS 6.0.1

    The problem right now is that the apple store is not showing the ANT+ HRM b) on sale. But you will be able to purchase it directly via the adidas online shop or contact apple store.
