Bluetooth is not allowed during a flight.

i assume when plugged in via 3.5mm cable. You can't use them via bluetooth as your iphone would have to be out of airplane mode which is, you know, a no-no in flight.

Yes- I used it on a flight to Hawaii & the Philippines and it was great. I didn't run out of power at all on the 10 & 5 hour flight.
