The computer recognizes a graphics tablet as a mouse. It is 100% compatible with any application you would use a mouse with.

I use Sketch too and let me tell you how sweet the experience really is; when you draw a stroke you can feel the weight of the pen in your hand and as you begin to press harder the stroke gets fatter and darker. Or you can make thousands of small wispy strokes and count everyone of them!
Click on the finger smudge tool and you really are working with a finger to blend color and stroke. Like real-world work flow, your other hand is busy working the controls of the tablet. On the fly, you can resize brushes or zoom in and out, and more importantly, the tablet has buttons for Shift, Option, Command, and Space bar, so your hands never have to reach for a mouse or keyboard.
