is it RAID 5 capable
Just curious as to whether it currently has:
A. 2 2TB HDDs
B. Does it's storage controller support RAID 5 (or 6, or 10)? I don't wish to rely on software provisioning.

No. This device is RAID-0. For RAID-5 you would need a min of 3 and preferably 4 drives. The G-SPEED-Q is the one for you if want RAID 5.
