Sure! Plug the cable that came with your iPad Mini into the USB-A port (the wider one) and you should be good to go. While Mophie (as of this writing) has yet to state specifically if the Powerstation will take an iPad mini from empty to 100%, I'm going to venture to guess it will be pretty close.
