Does the handset work if the Iphone is not plugged in? That is, does it work via bluetooth?

    Yes. The iFusion works over BlueTooth. The dock is just for charging/convenience. There are two "modes" that you can put the iFusion in- One where the BlueTooth is always on and you can use it as long as your iPhone is within the BlueTooth range, and one where BlueTooth is only turned on when the iPhone is docked in the charger. Either way - it is up to you.

  • Yes, the iPhone communicates with the iFusion via Bluetooth. Docking is only required if you wish to charge your phone.
